Application for ACOAM Membership

Please complete the following membership application in full. Your application will be reviewed and an invoice for membership dues will be emailed to the primary contact listed on your application.

Members will gain access to membership perks once the account invoice has been paid in full.

Memberships are valid annually from July 1 - June 30th.

Membership Levels:

$25.00 Supporting Member:
Supporting members are individuals who are not currently employed as ACOs, Humane Law Enforcement Officers, or Law Enforcement Officers whose main focus is the enforcement of animal related laws. This may include, but is not limited to, other individuals who support or are employed within the fields of animal care, animal welfare, veterinary medicine, etc., and/or any individual who supports the mission of ACOAM. Supporting members do not have voting rights.

$40.00 Full Individual Member:
Full Individual members must be currently employed as ACOs, Humane Law Enforcement Officers, or Law Enforcement Officers whose main focus is the enforcement of animal related laws. Full Individual Members have voting rights.

$100.00 Organizational Member: includes up to 3 Full Individual Memberships
+ $25.00 fee per agency member for additional Full Individual Memberships
(includes voting rights)
This may include any additional working ACOs, Humane Law Enforcement Officers, or other Law Enforcement Agents whose main focus is the enforcement of animal related laws within the organization.
+ $10.00 fee per agency member for additional Supporting Memberships
(does not include voting rights)
This may include any additional agency members of the department staff including but not limited to supervisors, kennel staff, administrators, etc.

$65.00 Supporting Organizational Member, includes up to 3 Individual Supporting Memberships
This may include, but is not limited to, any organization who supports or employs individuals within the fields of animal care, animal welfare, veterinary medicine, etc., and/or any organizations who support the mission of ACOAM. Supporting Organizational Members do not have voting rights.
+ $10.00 fee per agency member for additional Supporting Members
This may include any members within the organization.
